I don't know why you don't like ESPN+. I think it's terrific and works very well.
I have a strong preference for regular TV where I can sit in my recliner next to the fire, record and not watch all the dead time. Paying an extra $12 when I'm already paying a boatload to sit in front of my monitor is special. I could go on.

There's no reason to sit in front of a monitor to watch the game when smart tv's are so cheap.
Kem, download the ESPN app on your smart tv if you aren’t doing it that way already. You can watch espn plus games live or on demand that way right on your tv and forward through commercials if on demand.
Has everything to do with game time and other viewing options (commitments)...
But that would be a solution.
If you are like me, downloading the app onto a 1959 Sylvania is not as easy as it seems.

Not to mention select to record every griz game. I have every Cat game saved for like the last 4-5 seasons.
If you don't have a smart TV, you can buy a firestick or something equivalent to plug into the tv and "BAM". You now have a smart TV.

I get there is a generational gap. I understand people not wanting to pay for yet another subscription. But man, FCS football has never been easier to watch.

ESPN+ is one of the worst apps ever made. There are literally hundreds of threads on Reddit about how bad it sucks. So you have a bad app then couple that with a poorly produced product by ScriptSports Constantly buffers and has codec errors. Its hard to watch games on it. Hockey is really bad as well

That's crazy. I can't recall a time I've had a single issue with ESPN+. I suppose a few times when it buffers but overall I've been lucky.
