Hauck is probably an above average FCS level coach. If his years were at Weber State or NAU he would be irrelevant. He tried his hand with the big boys in the FBS and failed miserably.

Maybe not from the fans watching on TV, but for those of us in the stadium it sure would be. It was worse from our seats and never needed to happen. I look around all of college football and see coaches that don’t need to play mind games with a 20 year old to get them to show some fire and perform at their best.

Actually, elite coaches go to championship games and hang around the top. Many elite coaches haven't won championships. You wouldn't know. You were never an athlete, and certainly didn't go anywhere as a football player. Just depended on and spent you dad's money. Pretty much just a loser.
Who knew PR was an amateur stand up comedian?
You know what elite coaches do? They win championships.

The problem is that you don't know any elite coaches in Hoops.
So I went back and watched that little "discussion" they had and some of the players looked stunned after Fife started snapping back at Hauck. It looked like Fife was pissed off after getting motherfucked a couple times and his demeanor was like "I don't deserve this treatment" and I think he had enough. After he had some time to calm down he looked genuinely upset but I think this was a long time coming. I think Fife has every right to snap a little bit seeing how the QB rotations have been handled this season. Kind of reminds me of the scenes in Miracle when Mike Enruzione emerged as the leader and Rob McClanahan blew up at Brooks.
He’s got to have the final say in the rotation that’s take. Place this season, and who plays and who doesn’t. Hence, management of the QBs.
