Replace Zach with Kroy Biermann, and I think your list is pretty good. Also, how about Lex Hilliard?

And Justin Green.

My selections were based purely of statistics w/ Zach being the schools sacks and TFL leader and Chase leading everyone but Yo in yards and the school record holder in TD’s.

At what point does one become "eligible"?

Athlete/Coach Criteria: To be used in determining the eligibility of the nominee:

Athletes/Coaches become eligible for nomination 10 years after their careers at the University of Montana ended.
Must have competed/coached a minimum of two (2) years at UM. Athletes must have completed their career(s) at UM.
Must have had a distinguished athletic or coaching careers. For nominated athletes, individual honors, ie: All-American, first team all-conference selection, recipient of Grizzly Cup Award, etc., are key components for GSHF consideration.
For coaches, league/regional, national Coach of the Year recognition, as well as team success, career win-loss records, league championships, professional career, and public service, are all relevant accomplishments for election to the GSHF.
For athletes, academic achievement, although not a required criterion, can be a significant barometer in the nominating process.

How did Dickenson get in in 7 years then? That's where I'm confused...

No idea what to tell you. This is cut and pasted right off the web page. Perhaps they changed rules at some point post Double D.

Or maybe they just said "Hell with it, he's the greatest player in the history of the Big Sky, why wait, you know he's going in?".

I know he had a lot of TD receptions and was even tied for the school record tell Mariani broke it plus he had a career defining catch but he wouldn’t even be the next receiver I would choose let alone next overall player. Shalon Baker, Scott Grunsey, Raul Pacheco, Mike Trevathen, and Etu Molden would all probably be more worthy. Now, you could argue he may be the most under appreciated receiver and one of the most talented for finding the end zone, but overall, I’d definitely choose Shalon Baker as the next receiver to be selected. That all being said, he’s certainly not getting in before Chase, Waggenman, Kroy, or Lex.

Wayne Harrington, LB, 1965. He was the best of his era.

I was attending UM at that time I thought Wayne was a center on our offensive line. I believe he came from Washington. To me he had a LB body and weight but he was a lightweight for center.
