Montana: Jordan had an outstanding year as a redshirt freshman, and will see plenty of action this season. He is UM’s second leading returning rusher. He was instrumental in many Griz wins last season, and he had a 46-yard run in a 28-24 win at Northern Arizona with 4:26 left to play.

2011: He was the Grizzlies’ second leading rusher with 580 yards and had a team-high 9 touchdown runs. He was eighth on the team with 14 receptions. He played in 13 games and had one start (Weber State).

2010: He was a redshirt at Montana.

High School: He had an exceptional junior year at Duarte High School, rushing 149 times for more than 1,900 yards and 19 touchdowns…averaged 13.2 points per game his junior year…he also played defensive back…did not play football his senior year at South Hills High School when he and his brother (Jaime) transferred there…was named team MVP at Duarte HS as a sophomore and junior, and was coached there by Wordell Crutchfield.

Career Highs: His sole 100-yard game so far in his career was 159 yards against Portland State last season. In that PSU game he rushed 13 times for 160 yards in the second half (his only carry in the first half was a one-yard loss), and he also had a 75-yard run in that contest, which ties him for the ninth longest in school history. He scored twice at NAU and in the Grizzlies’ second round 41-14 FCS win over Central Arkansas. He had 17 carries in the come-from-behind win at NAU. He had two or more receptions in five games, including a career-long 20-yarder at Idaho State.
