Montana: JR could be one of those rare players who will earn playing time at the cornerback position in 2012 as a true freshman.
High School: He was a two-way starter as a senior, playing cornerback and wide receiver…as a senior he had 211 rushes form 1,704 yards and 13 touchdowns, along with 20 receptions for 415 yards and a score, and also passed for a touchdown… senior season he rushed for 401 yards and five TDs in one game…in 2010 he had 38 catches for 540 yards (14.2-yard average) and 6 touchdowns; 59 tackles (49 unassisted); also rushed 10 times for 57 yards and a TD…reportedly the only California prep athlete to earn five letters: football, basketball, track, drama and choir.
