Good teams are just scared to travel to Greeley.

The Big Sky will deem a "Lone Wolf" team each season now that does not have a travel partner. It will start with Northern Colorado since their former travel partner, North Dakota, left the league. Because of this, the Bears have not solidified their non-conference schedule because their conference schedule was so in flux. They play more Monday games than anyone, including hosting the Cats after the first Cat-Griz game and playing at Montana after the second Cat-Griz game.

If we keep making them the 'lone wolf' team year after year, do you think they would get the hint and drop out of the conference?

Johnson & Wales is a cooking school in Denver, wtf.

Their facilities are every bit the equal of Sac's.

The Fighting Chefs are going to serve up some ass kickings in Colorado this season. Mark it down!

And on another note, I thank god we’re not UNC every day. For a number of reasons, not the least of which is their basketball schedule.

No Colorado needs a new conference, both for the Big Sky and themselves. I don't see many benefits to anyone to have UNC a Big Sky member. They are a travel burden (without North Dakota as a travel partner) and I don't see them being a league member for long.

They're a travel burden with or without UND. Those two were "travel partners" in name only. They are almost 1,000 miles apart, literally in different time zones, and both huge geographic outliers in the BSC footprint.

Just a small edit for accuracy on your post, Zirg.

You aren't wrong. Just saying that with North Dakota as a member it gave UNC a purpose to aid travelling Now, they are a huge burden.
