Lilliard for the win and series

In bound play with .9 second left, down 2, and Lilliard hits the quick fade away 3 for the win.

Had Will Cherry been guarding him, Lilliard wouldn't have been as open and would have missed the shot.

Relevance for football, is that Lilliard considered football as his college sport.

No, he wouldn't have made it through the double screen and he's too short to contest that shot, other than that try again.

Cherry would have been through the screen and right on Lilliard, so height wouldn't have mattered. You obviously haven't seen many UM hoops games.
