At least, UM's administration eventually took corrective action, and probably helped right the initial wrong and save UM a lot of money. No so much for Mich. St. Mich. St. tosses this kid, and draws the lawsuit, while ignoring the Nasser gymnastic et all abuse, allowing a huge mess to continue for 2 decades, huge bad press, and now a $500 million settlement against the university.

And, the USC student medical center is the focus of 300 + complaints from female students regarding the campus OBGYN. If history is any teacher, it would seem to me that Southern Cal should also pony up about $500 million - couldn't happen to a nicer program.
